SNAP

SNAP supports families with children and young people aged 0 to 25 years with any additional need or disability living in Essex, Thurrock and Southend. 

By partnering with parents, SNAP supports families by providing compassion, guidance, and hope. 

Services include Parent Advice & Support (helpline and in-person); Specialist Talks, Workshops & Coffee Mornings; Online Directory of Useful Contacts, Information Network, Guides & Resources; and Activities for Children & Young People.

No formal diagnosis or professional referral is necessary to access SNAP services.
