ARE for Offices
The Office Autism Reality Experience (ARE for Offices) training course was developed in response to the increasing need for greater understanding of autism within workplace environments. Every day, offices welcome and employ autistic individuals, highlighting the crucial need for comprehensive training that equips staff with the knowledge and confidence to effectively engage with neurodiverse colleagues, clients, and visitors.
By providing the right training and empowering teams with practical knowledge, workplaces can improve communication, collaboration, and overall inclusion while maintaining high professional and wellbeing standards for everyone.

The Office ARE program takes viewers through a typical workplace environment, from arriving at the office and interacting with colleagues to navigating meetings, communication styles, and everyday office situations. By recognising the challenges that neurodiverse individuals may experience and implementing simple, practical strategies, organisations can create a more supportive, productive, and inclusive workplace for all.
