Essex Outdoors

Our four centres across the county offer day and residential activities for children, young people and adults with or without a disability.

Each of the centres at Bradwell, Danbury, Harlow and Mersea offer all ability inclusive adventures to disabled children and young people, and their supporters and families. There are 40+ activities from archery and climbing, through to power boating and sailing. Each summer our Mersea centre is proud to host the Mersea Island Festival, 9 days of inclusive adventures and fun!

Specialist accessible facilities include hoists, lifts and wet rooms and our staff have disability awareness training which help us meet the needs of our regular disabled and SEN visitors.
