Children's Learning Disability Service

The CLDS offers specialist Behaviour, Sensory and Sleep Assessments by Learning Disability Nurses and Occupational Therapists. Assessments are focused on understanding behaviour, developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans and providing education for caregivers. Direct work includes Emotional Wellbeing and Relationships & Sex Education.

This NHS service is available to children with moderate to severe learning disabilities, registered with an Essex GP.
